Adolescent in conflict with the law. School trajectory. Socio-educational Measure of Assisted Freedom
The present work aims to understand the phenomenon of school disruption experienced by adolescents who fulfill socio-educational measures in the Open Environment in a socio-educational unit in the Federal District. Its general objective is to: Understand the relationship between adolescents serving an Assisted Release (LA) measure and school and its consequences. The hypothesis is that adolescentes lack of interest in school is associated with their school trajectory. To this end, an exploratory and descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach is used using the following instruments: data collection in databases and documents from the socio-educational program and Department of Education, application of questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Data collection was carried out with adolescents, their families, the socio-educational team and the schools that are or were linked. The results of the study are organized in multipaper format, arranged in three articles. The first article sought to describe the profile of adolescents complying with an open environment measure in DF. The second article aimed to analyze the school trajectory of 6 teenagers linked to the Gerência de Atendimento em Meio Aberto (GEAMA) of Samambaia. Regarding the third article, the aim was to understand what school has been offered to these adolescents before and during compliance with the socio-educational measure. In view of this, a technical product is proposed focusing on the school monitoring of these adolescents within open environment measures.
