This research studies the Network of Actors for the Socio-educational Measure of Assisted Freedom in the Municipality of Luziânia-GO, a region surrounding the Federal District. In this study, we seek to understand how public actions of socio-educational measures of Assisted Freedom occur in the municipality and how these are carried out through the articulation of actors linked to the Socio-Educational Care Center, the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance, and the Psychosocial Care Center. We aim to identify the public actions developed and what are the scopes and limits established by the networks of actors for Assisted Freedom in the municipality. The research mobilized documentary research, field diary records through participant observation, and in-depth interviews with young people and professionals working with the enforcement of socioeducational measures of Assisted Freedom. For the construction of the theoretical corpus, we sought contributions on public policy networks and public action instruments, supported by the concepts of Lascoumes and Le Galès (2012), Muller (2018), Marques (2019), Andrade (2011), Cruz (2020), Oliveira and Daroit (2020). We were able to identify as local public action instruments the National Policy for Comprehensive Health Care for Adolescents in Conflict with the Law, in Internment and Provisional Internment Regimes (PNASAIRI), the Municipal Action Plan, the Municipal Operational Plan, and the Political-Pedagogical Proposal of CASE/Luziânia – GO, with an important instrument for mobilization and strengthening of network work being the Municipal Intersectoral Working Group. We perceive that this Group is the main network that mobilizes social actors to engage and new entities that. Furthermore, we identified that some networks either do not exist or are incipient. In light of these findings, and through interviews with engaged public servants in the network, a report was constructed with some recommendations for monitoring Assisted Freedom, pointing out interactional practices and dynamics experienced by public servants in action that contribute to improving and strengthening network work. The discoveries also point to a revision of the Municipal Operational Plan that gave rise to GTIM so that it can integrate institutions that have not yet been included in the group and that are part of the network concerning monitoring young people and adolescents inserted in the Measure of Assisted Freedom.
